He has lived in Philadelphia for more than a decade and previously lived in Wenonah and Ocean City, New Jersey. That combination gives him firsthand perspective on Philadelphia, the surrounding Pennsylvania suburbs, South Jersey communities and the tradeoffs buyers consider when moving between them.
